Anita graduated from the University of Calgary with a BA in Political Science. She then moved to Toronto to pursue Massage Therapy at ICT- Kikkawa College and has been in private practice for over 30 years. Anita's focus is on the person as a whole, and she incorporates Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Suikodo and gentle Fascial Matrix techniques so that each client is able to reach their individual goals. In 2020, Anita trained to facilitate Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Then in 2024, Anita continued her development with a coaching certificate.

Given the length of time of this appointment, there is an opportunity for a deeper experience of unwinding, mind/body connection & relaxation. The work occurs at a slower pace. This appointment is ideal when there is no rush.
This option is available for existing clients. The benefits of this session are relaxation and increased mind/body connection. It's also beneficial if focused work is required and time is limited.
This option is available for those that would like a bit more time or, would like to incorporate the Fascial Matrix Integration technique into a Swedish Massage session.
The length of this appointment offers you the client, more time spent on areas that require work and a deeper sense of relaxation and mind/body connection. This session may also be used in combination with fascial matrix integration.
The initial appointment allows time to gather, review and discuss information from the health history form. Any testing ie: range of motion, is done at this stage.
