She holds a Bachelor of Rehabilitation Science and a Master of Science in Applied Physical Therapy, providing her with a strong foundation in evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation. She has pursued additional training in intramuscular stimulation (dry needling), diagnostic imaging, vestibular rehabilitation, and concussion rehabilitation, allowing her to deliver precise, targeted care and optimal outcomes for her patients.

Anita has experience working with clients of all ages and activity levels, from those recovering from injury or surgery to individuals managing chronic conditions or optimizing performance. Her approach emphasizes personalized care, patient education, and active participation in the recovery process.
As a registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta and the Alberta Physiotherapy Association, Anita upholds the highest standards of professional practice and ongoing learning. She is passionate about empowering her patients to achieve their goals and return to the activities they love with confidence and strength.
Outside of the clinic, she is passionate about staying active, enjoys going to the gym, and finds balance and joy in gardening—interests that reflect her commitment to healthy, active living.
