Emergency Appointments *If you are an existing patient of Nate Enns and have a sudden concern that is keeping you from being able to function, these appointments are for you. **If you are not an existing patient, please call Nate Enns directly or email him at: nate@alignedhealth.ca ***NOTE: there is a $15 surcharge for emergency apts above the regular 55 min rate with except for pregnant mothers in emergency need.
Your first appointment is 60 minutes and includes both a full assessment and the start of your treatment. Your physiotherapist will take time to understand your health history, your symptoms, and your goals before completing a thorough pelvic floor assessment. From there, you'll begin treatment in the same visit and leave with a clear picture of what's going on and a plan moving forward. Everything is explained as you go, and nothing happens without your consent. This is a space where you can ask questions, go at your own pace, and feel comfortable from the start.

This 30-minute session is for established patients continuing their pelvic floor physiotherapy care. It is best suited for those who are progressing well and require a shorter check-in to review their home program, address any new concerns, and continue treatment. This 45-minute session is for patients who have already completed an initial assessment and are continuing their pelvic floor physiotherapy care. Treatment is personalized to your needs and may include hands-on therapy, pelvic floor exercises, education, and progressive strategies to help you reach your goals. Each session builds on your treatment plan to keep you moving forward.
