Ann is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist and a proud graduate of the West
Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. Raised on the beautiful Salt Spring Island, Ann
carries the values of small, tight-knit communities into her practice, combining compassion and
expertise to provide exceptional care.
With a professional background in fitness and emergency services, Ann has a unique
perspective on the physical and emotional challenges many individuals face. She has a special
passion for working with clients experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety,
and other mental health conditions. Her interest extends to scar tissue therapy, fascia release,
and pain management, where her calm and empathetic demeanor helps clients feel supported
and at ease.
Outside of her practice, Ann is an accomplished athlete, having completed Ironman Canada and
several other triathlons. She enjoys spending time with her family and two beloved dogs, as well
as gardening, yoga, working out, and exploring the great outdoors through hiking.
