Anna is a passionate wellness practitioner currently in her final year of naturopathic
medical school, on the path to becoming a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. With a Bachelor
of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Winnipeg (2021) and additional training
in nutrition, she brings a deeply rooted, evidence-informed approach to holistic healing.
Her journey into natural medicine began in early childhood, growing up with a strong
appreciation for the body’s innate ability to heal itself. This lifelong passion evolved into a
professional mission—to help others connect the mind, body and soul, uncover root
causes, and restore balance through individualized care.
Anna specializes in lymphatic facial massage, where her intuitive touch and calming
presence help clients tap into deep relaxation and the parasympathetic "rest-and-heal"
state. Lymphatic drainage is a gentle and powerful modality that promotes healthy lymph
flow, supports detoxification, enhances natural skin glow, and promotes emotional relief.
This technique can help reduce puffiness, improve skin tone and elasticity, ease muscle
tension in the face and neck, reduce headache tension and its recurrence. Clients often
describe her as having “healing hands” and say they feel peaceful and grounded just by
being in her energy. She is also a certified Reiki Practitioner (since 2024), integrating energy
healing into her practice for a truly restorative experience.
In addition to her clinical practice, Anna is the founder of a growing women’s community
(YourAlchemySpace), where she hosts empowering seminars designed to awaken
feminine energy of creation, encourage self-connection, and support women in stepping
confidently into their highest potential.
