Plus HST This sport-oriented massage is designed to optimize athletic performance, accelerate recovery, and address sport-specific musculoskeletal dysfunctions. It integrates a range of advanced therapeutic techniques, which may include cupping therapy, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), dry needling, Functional Integrated Needling (FIN), and electroacupuncture—each tailored to your specific needs. When applied by a trained practitioner, this comprehensive approach can significantly improve mobility, reduce pain, and support both injury prevention and performance maintenance. Note: Some techniques may cause temporary bruising or are not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions.
