Anna is originally from New Zealand but came to Canada in 2016 to explore the great outdoors Western Canada has to offer. She completed a Bachelor of physical education majoring in exercise prescription in New Zealand before heading to the Gold Coast of Australia to complete a Master of Physiotherapy. Anna is passionate about expanding her practical knowledge base and has completed courses in Concussion Rehab, managements of tendinopathies, management of the Fitness Athlete and Dry Needling level 1 and 2 certification.
Anna has a passion for keeping people active and working with clients to ensure they can maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. She has worked with clients all across the spectrum from competitive athletes, to weekend warriors, to those that are just trying to maintain function in their day-day life.
Anna uses a combination of hands-on techniques like soft tissue massage, manual therapy and cupping in addition to developing patient specific exercise programs to help clients to recover faster and stronger.
