Our bike fitting service is a physiotherapy-led ergonomic assessment designed to identify and address sources of discomfort or pain while riding. Through a detailed evaluation of your posture, biomechanics, and current bike setup, we provide recommendations to optimize your fit for comfort, efficiency, and injury prevention. You'll receive guidance on which components or adjustments may best support your riding goals and body mechanics. This is not just about the bike — it’s also an opportunity to uncover any physical limitations that may be affecting your position or performance on the bike.
