Anna has always had a passion for health and wellness, before exploring a career in Massage Therapy, she managed a fitness club and taught group fitness classes, where she fell in love with movement patterns and injury prevention.
She graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy 2200 hr program in 2017, and went on to study Manual Osteopathic therapy at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. She graduated in 2019 with an 1180 hr diploma of Manual Osteopathic Therapy and obtaining honours with distinction. Anna belongs to the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapy assoociation and has been an active member 2017.
As a manual Osteopathic Therapist, she specializes in Osteo-articular corrections, (correcting misalignments of the pelvis, spine, neck, knees, Jaw, shoulder etc.) Visceral manipulation, (working with the organs to restore balance in the body systems and encourage healing,) Craniosacral therapy ( treating the synarthrosis joints of the cranium and encouraging healthy movement of cerebrospinal fluid) and myo-fascial remodelling. As a Massage therapist she does Theraputic and Relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, fascial work, cupping, visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy.
Anna believes in treatments as a way to prevent injury as well as to recover from one. She loves being able to help others do more of what they love, through Manual Osteopathic Therapy and Massage therapy. Book in today!

These appointments are for clients who are receiving treatment for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Please book these if you are within 90 days of your accident. If it has been over 90 days, please book a subsequent physiotherapy visit.
