Anna has been practicing Somatic Experiencing since the Golden Wellness Hub opened in 2023.
She became a registered Somatic Experiencing Practitioner trained through Somatic Experiencing International (SEI), and continues to enhance her learning by being part of the Assisting Team at SEI training cohorts. Anna has additional training in Pre and Perinatal trauma, holds certification with Innate Traditions’-Innate Postpartum Care, and has studied formally with Birthing from Within, Birth Story Medicine, DONA International and is a practicing
Birth Doula.
Anna’s approach is rooted in compassion and gentle support. She has a deep respect for the human spirit, and the vulnerability that comes with the willingness to heal and seek out support. She uses a gentle approach as she believes this is an important link to being able to integrate changes that have been made in a session. Sessions with Anna work through the lens of Somatic Experiencing to help build self-awareness, and using a combination of other approaches, support clients to show up in their ever-evolving fullest way.
Anna has ventured down the many tributaries of life, and feels this has given her a rich diversity of experience that helps her relate to the people she works with.

This selection is for those who are coming to Golden Wellness Hub in person for a session and it is not your first session with Anna. This time is for you. It is an opportunity to slow down, and continue the work that we set out to do. Having said that there are no two sessions that are the same. Each session is tailored to you and what is showing up for you in the moment that you would like to work on.

This includes initial check in, 35-40 minutes on the table, and final check in.

This is a longer treatment so that your issues can be assessed and a treatment plan developed. You will receive your first laser treatment in this session. This cannot be billed as a massage treatment for insurance purposes but can be billed as a manual osteopathic therapy treatment.

Anna currently offers a free 45-minute consultation. Choosing the right doula is a deeply personal decision, and this session is a chance to connect, ask questions, and explore if the support feels aligned. There is no obligation to commit, only the opportunity to meet and begin the conversation.
