Anna is a recent graduate of the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University, where she developed a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client-centered care. With a degree in Neuroscience and several years of experience as a Personal Support Worker, she brings a deep understanding of both the physical and neurological aspects of the human body into every treatment session.
Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Anna worked closely with seniors which shaped her compassionate and thoughtful approach to health care, emphasizing the importance of respectful, individualized treatment.
Growing up playing sports, Anna developed a natural interest in movement, recovery and performance, which she brings to her work today. Whether you're looking for injury recovery, pain management or relaxation, she uses her diverse background to support your wellness goals.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her hiking in the mountains with her dog or diving into a good book.

RAPID is a neurologically-based, active manual therapy. Unlike traditional massage, it focuses on the central nervous system to quickly "reset" the body’s perception of pain and restriction. By combining precise depth and tension from the therapist with specific movements from the patient, RAPID clears "chronic artifacts of inflammation" that often linger long after an injury has supposedly healed. Conditions RAPID can help with: Migraines/TMJ, frozen shoulder, tennis/golfer’s elbow, whiplash, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, shin splints, chronic issues, nerve hypersensitivity, bursitis, and old injuries that just won't go away. Your therapist will apply precise, firm pressure to specific neurological hypersensitive sites (often where old injuries, scar tissue, or chronic tension reside) while you actively move that part of your body through a specific range of motion.
