With over two decades of hands-on experience, I am a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist devoted to helping people find relief, balance, and wellness through the healing power of touch.
My journey began in 2002 with the Healing Body Work Center, and since then, I’ve continued to expand my skills and knowledge in massage therapy and holistic care. I became a Certified Reflexologist with the Reflexology Association of Canada in 2005, and graduated as an Esthetician from the AVEDA Institute in Victoria, BC, in 2006. In 2013, I completed my training at Alberta Massage Training and became a proud member of MTAS (Massage Therapists Association of Saskatchewan).
My practice combines deep therapeutic techniques with the nurturing elements of spa-style relaxation—creating treatments that are both effective and deeply restorative.

I also continue to pursue ongoing education to refine my existing techniques and learn new, complementary therapies.
Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy traveling, family time, crafting natural bath and beauty products, cooking, and taking long walks in nature.
