AquaVie Massage is bodywork in warm water where the focus is not only to release muscle tension, but to propagate wave patterns throughout the skeletal structure with precise and rhythmic techniques. It is a structuring massage, as the axes of the body are established via the propagation of the waves. Through pressure and small undulations (the “on earth” equivalent of oscillations) which reverberate through the body, more space in the joints is created, dissolving tensions and making the body breathe as a whole. AquaVie is a unique therapeutic aquatic massage experience performed in warm water by Registered Massage Therapist Karen Perro. Through rhythmic wave propagation, gentle joint mobilization, and skilled therapeutic touch, AquaVie works to restore the body's natural wave patterns. As these waves travel through the body, they help create space within the joints, release muscular tension, improve mobility, and support nervous system regulation. Each treatment is individually tailored to encourage the body's innate capacity for healing and restoration. AquaVie Natural Waters is performed in nearby Waterfall in Antigonish County. This swimming spot gets direct sunlight as soon as the sun rising in the morning. Karen picks this specific spot because she grew up swimming here and its down the road from her parents Blueberry Farm. AquaVie Natural Waters- Beach- Available when the timing is right (we need the water to warm up..late August in St. Georges Bay) This treatment is one of kind and please allow lots of time to soak it all in, the treatment is 60mins, but allow yourself another hour to incorporate driving, breaks, changing and warming up afterwards. I will provide a giant sherpa lined Robe for you to wear after your treatment.
