I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) practicing out of Nelson, BC. A genuine passion for wanting to help people led me to the health profession.
I know first hand the transformative power of manual therapy. Massage therapy is an approach that encompasses so many spectrums in the therapeutic arts, and requires both skill and intuition in its modality. When it comes to pain management of soft tissue dysfunction, having an effective personalized pain care plan is imperative to the healing process. It requires trust and respect, and is the foundation that allows the process of moving toward the desired outcome.
I will customize a plan to create long-term benefit and I encourage my clients to feel empowered to participate in their own physical and mental health through personalized education-base home-care for their own particular needs.
