#Meet Annika
Annika is a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor who is passionate about helping people feel strong, balanced, and connected in their bodies.
With a Bachelor's degree in Human Health Science and over five years of experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant, she takes a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to teaching.
Her treatment sessions and classes are rooted in the core principles of Pilates, focusing on precision, control, and mindful movement to support long-term health and quality of life. She is currently studying holistic nutrition to deepen her whole-body approach to wellness. Outside of work, you can usually find Annika spending time with family, hiking, biking, and enjoying nature!
