Anny is a Registered Massage Therapist who completed her Massage Therapy training at the Ontario College of Health and Technology. She also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber and a diploma in Health, Wellness, and Fitness from Mohawk College.
With a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, Anny is passionate about providing treatments that relieve pain, restore mobility, and help patients return to the activities they love.
Experience & Approach
Anny integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet each patient’s unique needs, including joint mobilizations, myofascial release, active release techniques, assisted stretching, and Swedish massage. She is experienced in treating tension headaches, muscular tightness, and tissue restrictions from fascial adhesions or scarring. Patients also have the option to receive treatments fully clothed, draped, or a combination of both, depending on their comfort level.
Anny’s philosophy is rooted in active care—she encourages patients to take an active role in their recovery, believing that motion is lotion and movement is improvement.
Outside the clinic, Anny stays active through fitness classes, hiking in local parks, and exploring greenspaces. She also enjoys cooking and baking for loved ones, and discovering new cafes, bakeries, and farmers’ markets on her days off.
