Anosh believes that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Her goal is to work alongside each individual to better understand what they’re going through and help them find practical ways to feel more balanced, focused, and in control of their life.
Anosh’s healthcare journey began with a degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Toronto, where she developed a deep interest in the connection between the brain and mental health. She later completed her nursing degree at Trent University and went on to become a Nurse Practitioner through Athabasca University. Today, she practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Ontario, with a strong interest in mental health and ADHD. She has also completed additional training in ADHD assessment and management through the Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance (CADDRA).
Anosh can provide assessments and diagnosis of the following concerns:
- Anxiety disorders (GAD, panic disorder, social anxiety)
- Depressive disorders (MDD, dysthymia)
- Specializing in ADHD (adult assessment and management)
- Trauma-related disorders (including PTSD – mild to moderate complexity)
- OCD (mild to moderate)
- Insomnia and related sleep concerns
In her work, Anosh focuses on creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can explore what’s been challenging and identify the tools and supports that may help. She understands that every person’s experience is unique, and her goal is to help each individual find an approach that fits their needs and supports their overall well-being.
Anosh is a Registered Nurse Extended Class (RNEC), Nurse Practitioner registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), supporting clients 18 years and older.
