Anthony Murray is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, and has been practicing in North Vancouver since 2020. As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), he’s had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients—from high-level collegiate athletes to prenatal patients, individuals with chronic health conditions, and those managing everyday stress or discomfort.
With his broad experience, Anthony knows that every body is unique and requires an individualized approach. Whether treating a seasoned athlete or someone seeking relief from everyday tension, he tailors each session to meet the client’s specific goals. His toolkit includes a range of techniques, such as trigger point release, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, Swedish massage, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), allowing him to address a variety of concerns with precision and care.
Outside of his practice, Anthony is passionate about staying active, and travelling. Growing up in Richmond, BC, he was deeply involved in sports, particularly lacrosse and football, which he continues to enjoy recreationally. When he's not in clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sara, and dog Nala.
