Anthony Rocha is a Registered Massage Therapist with an international background in anatomy,
Yoga and Reiki. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Trent University and a Bachelor of Education
from the University of Western Sydney and began his career teaching anatomy in California.
He completed his massage therapy training at Sutherland-Chan Massage School in Toronto and
continues advanced education in deep tissue therapy, sports massage, TMJ (jaw pain)-focused
treatment, face and scalp massage, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) using
heated tools and joint mobilization.
Anthony takes a whole-body approach, addressing muscles, joints, and fascia to identify the root cause of pain and dysfunction. He creates customized treatment plans and has experience
supporting clients with headaches, migraines, sciatica, scoliosis, joint pain, and carpal tunnel
syndrome. Anthony can also provide a full-body relaxation massage.
