During her training, she gained experience in a wide range of settings, including pre- and post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, women’s health and pelvic floor therapy, in-clinic training, athletic taping, and the management of general musculoskeletal injuries. She especially enjoys helping patients with lower back pain, ankle and knee issues, neck and shoulder conditions, vertigo, and sports-related injuries.

Anup has been active in sports throughout her life, particularly basketball and rugby. She continues to stay involved by playing competitive basketball, training at the gym, and practicing bhangra. She also works closely with athletes at both recreational and competitive levels, applying strength and conditioning principles to support their performance and recovery.
