Anurag is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move better, recover stronger, and reach their full potential. He completed his BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy at Brunel University, London, after first earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics Engineering from Simon Fraser University. This rare combination of technical and health sciences gives him a unique perspective—merging analytical problem-solving with compassionate, patient-centered care.
Anurag has worked across both hospital and private clinic settings, including Providence Health Care and Vancouver General Hospital, where he specialized in orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative care, and active recovery programs. At Hartwell Therapy and Wellness, he applies this experience to design individualized treatment plans that focus not only on injury recovery but also on long-term strength, resilience, and performance.
Beyond the clinic, Anurag has supported athletes through his work with Hillingdon Football Club (UK), where he introduced training programs aimed at improving performance while reducing the risk of injury. He continues to pursue advanced training, with recent coursework in kinesiology-taping and TMJ management, further expanding his ability to treat complex conditions.
Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, Anurag is able to connect with a wide range of patients and ensure culturally sensitive, personalized care. He believes in a holistic, evidence-based approach—empowering patients through education, movement, and active participation in their recovery journey.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Anurag playing basketball, at the gym, or practicing piano—always striving for balance between mind, body, and performance.
