Archana (Archie) Chauhan is a registered physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2009 and Master’s in Neurology in 2012 in India, and has since dedicated her career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free lives.
Archie has extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, disc herniations, sciatica, frozen shoulder, arthritis, post-surgical recovery, fractures, sports injuries, chronic pain, balance problems, and neurological conditions such as stroke and nerve injuries. Her evidence-based and holistic approach ensures every treatment plan is personalised to each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle. Her goal is to empower patients to understand their bodies better and take an active role in their rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Archie is a proud dog mom of two and a passionate animal lover. She enjoys spending time in nature and expressing her creativity through art, which inspires her calm and mindful approach to healing. For Archie, physiotherapy is more than restoring movement — it’s about helping every individual rediscover their confidence and quality of life.
