Ariel holds a Bachelor of Science (2015) and a Diploma in Health Information Management (2017), bringing a strong scientific foundation and analytical mindset to clinical practice. Treatments are therapeutic, evidence-informed, and tailored to each individual’s needs, whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, or overall body awareness.

We have two massage therapy students attending PCMT in Regina. Each week, they participate in online classes and at home studies and exams. Once a month they travel to Regina for hands on school where they learn different techniques working towards their registered massage therapy diploma. We book these appointments for 60 minutes. Included in this treatment is an in depth history taking, body assessment and tests and then finish with a hands on massage. The length of the massage depends on where they are at in their studies but ranges from 40-50 min of actual hands on treatment. No receipt for insurance reimbursement is provided as they are still students and not a registered massage therapist.

Before treatment begins we will discuss your goals for the treatment and make sure you feel comfortable with lying on the table. We offer a special body cushion that allows pregnant people lie face down safely and comfortably. The cushions adjust to accommodate all different bodies and stages of pregnancy. We use manual techniques combined with in-depth knowledge of prenatal anatomy and physiology to bring about pain relief, balancing of the pelvic structure to encourage proper positioning for baby's birth and lymphatic drainage to encourage proper fluid movement to avoid excess swelling.

Is a method of suction where the cups have a valve on the top of the cups and a hand operated pump attached to it so the air can be suctioned out of the cup. It raises the skin, fascia and superficial layer of muscle into the cup. We use a cream on the skin to allow the cups to move comfortably. Fascia is the webbing surrounding tissues and muscles.
