###**About Ariette**
I was born in the Netherlands and grew up in southern Alberta. After having three kids I decided
to start working out, mainly running which came with its own minor injuries which led to getting massages.
It felt like the right fit for me and I went back to school to become a massage therapist - I graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2019 and am a member in good standing with the
Massage Therapist Association of Alberta.
With my education and work experience I have gained an interest in therapeutic massage. I like helping individuals achieve their rehabilitative goals.
My main interest lies in therapeutic treatments, helping individuals recover from pain and restrictions. If that is a professional athlete or someone just starting an active lifestyle. I also enjoy taking courses that will better my treatments and stay on top of all things new and exciting.
My treatment style is therapeutic where the client can
still relax and de-stress. When I am not at work, I enjoy running and hiking.
