FACE: the release you didn't know you needed. We gently unfurl the 20+ muscles of facial expression along side the network of muscles that is responsible for moving the TMJ -- your jaw -- so that it can move, groove, and glide freely and without pain. We integrate lymphatic drainage, myofascial cupping, hot and cold therapy, and the most luxurious, organic facial oils for maximum radiance and release.

FLOW/ FORM first, we prepare the lymphatic system and clear fluid that may be lingering in the tissues. By gently stimulating the lymph nodes found in the neck, armpit, abdomen, hip creases, and the space behind the knees, we set the system in motion. Then, using skillful touch, we encourage lymph into the circuit of the lymphatic system to filter and ultimately be eliminated from the body. Then comes the abdominal massage, which is impactful in supporting digestion, down regulation, and a release in muscle tension. This combined with gentle lymphatic stimulation leaves a feeling of levity. Finally, a luxurious scalp and facial massage which includes OM organics oils, guasha and cupping. There is an abundance of tension that is held in our muscles of facial expression and by bringing ease to the myofascial holding, lymph has freedom to flow. *Please do not book this appointment within 4 weeks of receiving botox or filler injections

FLOW: Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) is a gentle manual therapy that stimulates flow of lymphatic fluid in the body. Using a soft. broad pumping motion, your therapist will open the lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, abdomen, hip creases, and space behind the knee making them receptive to move and filter lymph throughout the body. We then manually encourage the lymph fluid along specific pathways called watersheds towards the opened lymph nodes using a soft stroke on the surface of the skin. The treatment is entirely painless and deeply nurturing.

REST: This treatment centres on our favourite "side effect" of manual therapy — a gentle downshift of the nervous system. In other words: deep, nourishing relaxation. You won’t find deep tissue techniques here. Instead, we draw from craniosacral therapy — a light, hands-on approach that works from the cranium to the sacrum. Through subtle holds, gentle compression, and traction, we create space in the body, support nervous system regulation, and encourage balance in the fascial system and your body’s natural rhythms.
