This 50 min visit with a Registered Clinical Counsellor will be an online visit. Your intake paperwork for your visit will be emailed to you when our staff confirms the appointment. Yourself, and the Counsellor will decide if future sessions will continue to be virtual , a walk and talk, or in person visits. Your appointment cost will be submitted to your extended health for any reimbursements, and any out of pocket costs not covered will be charged to the payment method on file the day of your visit. A receipt will be sent to you as soon as things are processed at the clinic. If there is no extended health care to to process on your behalf a receipt will be sent for the total cost of the visit.

This is a 50 min telephone visit with a Registered Clinical Counsellor . This visit is a voice only call over the phone at the appointment time you booked. After this visit you and your RCC ( Registered Clinical Counsellor ) will arrange if this is the best visit type for you or if a video or walk and talk is more appropriate, Our administration staff will email your initial paper work once we confirm the visit.

This appointment is an in person visit with Natalia where you meet at a specific local location and have your visit in person as you walk . Sometimes a phone appointment or a online visit doesn't give enough connection that a patient needs, This visit gives that personal in visit feel without having to sit still across from each other. The location will be decided from your input.
