With a background in psychology and four years of experience teaching special education, I bring a deep understanding of the unique struggles that come with disability—whether physical, cognitive, or in the role of caregiver. I also support clients navigating stress, burnout, and perfectionism in their personal or professional lives.
No matter where you are on your journey, I believe you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll work through both the struggles and the joys of life so you can restore balance, self-compassion, and a fuller experience of living.
