My journey into holistic health was a deeply personal one. I struggled with endometriosis for years, searching for relief beyond conventional treatments. It was through holistic assistive therapies that I finally found balance and healing. That experience shaped my dedication to helping others, especially in the field of women’s health and fertility. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated by health challenges, and I also know how powerful the right support can be in restoring well-being. Whether you’re navigating hormonal transitions like perimenopause, trying to conceive, or recovering postpartum, I’m here to help you feel at home in your body again.

Beyond my work in women’s health, I have a deep love for endurance sports. As an endurance athlete, I understand the toll training can take—and how important it is to care for your body along the way. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me running, cycling, or swimming, usually training for my next big race. I love pushing my limits, but I also believe that racing should always be fun. That mindset carries into my practice—I work with athletes and active individuals to recover faster, stay injury-free, and perform at their best, all while keeping the joy in movement.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that true healing isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about unlocking the body’s resilience and vitality. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, supporting your fertility journey, or simply looking to feel your best, I would love to be part of your path to wellness.

Your first IV therapy session includes a brief check-in with your IV Naturopathic Doctor, followed by your personalized IV treatment. This visit allows us to monitor your response and ensure the treatment is well tolerated. *Please allow up to 90 minutes for your visit. *Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Your IV formula is compounded just prior to your treatment to ensure optimal sterility and potency. Late Policy: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the cost of the IV bag may still apply.

(Existing Patients) A brief pre-screen visit for current patients of the clinic who wish to begin IV therapy. Your ND will review your current treatment plan, health status, and goals to determine the most appropriate IV protocol. This step is required before your first IV treatment.
(Referred Patients) This visit is designed for patients who have been referred by another Naturopathic Doctor or healthcare provider. Your IV ND will review your referral letter, medical history, and any submitted lab work to ensure IV therapy is safe and appropriate. This visit is required prior to beginning IV therapy at the clinic.
