My journey into holistic health was a deeply personal one. I struggled with endometriosis for years, searching for relief beyond conventional treatments. It was through holistic assistive therapies that I finally found balance and healing. That experience shaped my dedication to helping others, especially in the field of women’s health and fertility. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated by health challenges, and I also know how powerful the right support can be in restoring well-being. Whether you’re navigating hormonal transitions like perimenopause, trying to conceive, or recovering postpartum, I’m here to help you feel at home in your body again.

Beyond my work in women’s health, I have a deep love for endurance sports. As an endurance athlete, I understand the toll training can take—and how important it is to care for your body along the way. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me running, cycling, or swimming, usually training for my next big race. I love pushing my limits, but I also believe that racing should always be fun. That mindset carries into my practice—I work with athletes and active individuals to recover faster, stay injury-free, and perform at their best, all while keeping the joy in movement.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that true healing isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about unlocking the body’s resilience and vitality. The initial visit includes a thorough holistic assessment of your current health as well as your first acupuncture treatment. This 40-minute acupuncture session is designed to support key reproductive transitions. It may be booked as either a pre- or post-embryo transfer treatment to promote implantation and calm the nervous system, or as a labour preparation/induction treatment to help gently stimulate uterine activity and support the natural onset of labour. Each session is tailored to your stage and needs. Please note: an initial acupuncture appointment is required prior to booking this appointment.

For existing cosmetic acupuncture clients. This restorative session combines facial acupuncture with cupping and gua sha to enhance lymphatic flow, reduce puffiness, and improve circulation. Helps lift facial muscles, release tension, and promote radiant, rejuvenated skin.
For new and current patients - A synergistic treatment combining Elapromed’s advanced transdermalporation technology with traditional cosmetic acupuncture. Elapromed delivers up to 70 mL of natural, organic active compounds deep into the dermis, enhancing hydration, reducing fine lines, and improving skin tone—without invasive procedures. Cosmetic acupuncture further stimulates collagen production and facial muscle tone for a rejuvenated, radiant complexion.
This appointment is for current patients of Ashley or for those who have completed the Virtual Community Acupuncture Initial Appointment.
This virtual appointment is required prior to receiving treatment in the community acupuncture setting. The purpose of this intake is to review your health history, individual needs and determine how community-style acupuncture is appropriate and safe for you. We will identify any potential contraindications, precautions, or modifications that may be necessary within the shared treatment environment. The virtual session does not include an acupuncture treatment, diagnosis, or individualized medical advice. No treatment will be provided during this appointment. Community acupuncture is delivered in a group setting using standardized treatment approaches. Enhance your fertility treatment experience with onsite acupuncture delivered right at your fertility clinic. A licensed practitioner from Lakeside Natural Health Clinic will travel to your clinic to provide two acupuncture sessions: one immediately before and one immediately after your embryo transfer. Each session lasts approximately 40 minutes and is tailored to support relaxation, improve uterine blood flow, and promote implantation. The cost for this service is $315 for clinics located within a 25 km radius of Lakeside Natural Health. For clinics beyond this range, a travel fee of $1.50/km (round trip) plus HST will apply. A 50% non-refundable fee is required at the time of booking and the balance is do 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please note, an initial acupuncture appointment is required for assessment.
