Ashley grew up in Porter's Lake & graduated from Dalhousie University in 2005 with Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy.
She has taken extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy, pre & post natal physiotherapy, exercise prescription, acupuncture and dry needling, neuromobilization, chronic pain management, and concussion management.
Ashley is a co-owner of PhysioLink Porters Lake with Shauna, and they strive to support and help our local Eastern Shore communities towards best health & wellness practices.
