She brings a vast knowledge of clinic-based techniques such as lymphatic drainage, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, scar tissue work, and much more. Ashley has gained a significant amount of experience working with patients with breast complications, including cancer patients, implant patients and pregnant woman. Ashley carries a strong passion for massage therapy and a wealth of knowledge with special focus on improving overall health and wellness.

Massage + TMJ Therapy is a comprehensive treatment that combines the benefits of a regular massage therapy treatment to specific areas of the body as well as targeted treatment of the TMJ. This dual approach not only promotes overall relaxation and tension release but also addresses discomfort associated with TMJ disorders, jaw pain, headaches, and related symptoms. At least 30 minutes of this session will be dedicated specifically to TMJ massage, which is a specialized treatment designed to address the muscles of the face and jaw from both inside and outside the mouth.

This required 90-minute initial assessment is the first step before beginning your Dr. Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage treatment plan. During this comprehensive assessment, we will review your health history, concerns, goals, and determine the most appropriate approach for your care. A detailed evaluation will be completed, including necessary measurements, observations, and baseline documentation to help track progress throughout your treatment. Your therapist will also explain the treatment process, answer any questions, and create an individualized plan based on your specific needs. Please note: The initial assessment is required for all new Dr. Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage clients before booking follow-up treatment sessions.
