We provide a compassionate and inclusive environment for those dealing with: incontinence, bladder urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic or sexual pain, diastasis rectus and pre and post natal management. Following a thorough assessment, our pelvic floor therapist will work with you to develop and individualized treatment plan based on your specific symptoms.

Foot strike pattern, cadence, shoe choice, strength, biomechanics and training habits will all be evaluated to ensure that you are running safely and efficiently. If you have an upcoming race, training plans can be developed to maximize performance as well as manage injury.
