Ashley provides a gentle, holistic approach to treating a variety of complex health conditions. She has experience treating chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, digestive issues, and menstrual complaints such as irregular and painful periods. Ashley incorporates a range of modalities in her sessions, including cupping and Tui Na, alongside Chinese dietary advice and at-home self-care practices. She enjoys practicing cosmetic acupuncture, utilizing facial massage, gua sha, and cupping to lift the face and provide a glowing complexion. She has additional training in Advanced Tui Na techniques, Mei Zen cosmetic acupuncture, and is currently completing the herbal component of the TCMP program.
Ashley’s previous experience in health and social justice research informs her approach to health care - accessible, trauma-informed, and holistic. When she’s not studying herbal medicine, she enjoys gardening with her cat and buying new houseplants!
