**About Ashley:** Ashley is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She completed her Master of Counselling Psychology and has experience working as a trauma-informed, community-based mental health therapist, in school settings, and in co-facilitating men’s group therapy.
Ashley works primarily with adults, couples, and adolescents (16+), supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and higher-needs presentations. She has a growing passion for men’s mental health and is committed to creating space for individuals who may have historically felt hesitant or underserved in accessing therapeutic support.
Grounded in a trauma-informed, relational, and integrative approach, Ashley incorporates attachment-focused, somatic-informed, and mind–body practices, with an appreciation for the role of the nervous system in healing. Her clinical work draws from CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies, narrative therapy, polyvagal principles, and elements of the Gottman Method and Internal Family Systems. This integrative foundation allows her to tailor therapy to each client’s pace, goals, and readiness. She also has emerging interests in the gut–brain connection, nature-based therapies, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, and she plans to pursue EMDR training as part of her ongoing professional development.
Known for her warmth, curiosity, and grounded presence, Ashley strives to create a collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
Outside of her clinical work, Ashley enjoys spending time in nature, travelling, and exploring new experiences.
