Ashley is finishing up her Bachelor of Kinesiology (B.KIN) program at the University of British Columbia (UBCV). She is passionate about rehabilitation, movement, and helping people feel strong and confident in their bodies. She values building genuine, human-to-human connections and believes the best care comes from truly understanding each person’s story, goals, and lifestyle.
With experience working with individuals of all ages, Ashley brings a supportive and empathetic approach to every session. She strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable, motivated, and cared for throughout their journey.
Outside of work, Ashley loves singing, cooking, playing pickleball, and trying new activities with friends.
