My name is Ashley, and I’ve been volunteering with TheraBounce since April 2025. During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to support children and adults with a variety of abilities during their therapeutic trampoline sessions. I also supported TheraBounce’s summer camp as an inclusion counsellor this past summer.
Outside of TheraBounce, I’ve worked as a personal trainer leading inclusive sports and recreation programs for children and adults of all ages. I also have experience in health sciences and integrative biosciences, which has given me a strong understanding of how movement can support development, confidence, and participation.
I love being part of the TheraBounce team because it gives every child a space to explore, play, and express themselves freely. I feel grateful for the opportunity to celebrate both the big milestones and the small, meaningful moments—whether that’s a child taking their first independent bounce, trying something new, or discovering their own strengths.
