Ashley is a 2021 Western College of Remedial Massage graduate. By using a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, Ashley's top priority is helping her clients manage their pain so they can keep doing everything they want and need to do. She does this by treating the client as a whole, preferring to treat as much of the body as possible, this way not only the source of discomfort and dysfunction is treated but also everything that compensates for the dysfunction as well.
During treatments Ashley favors a moderate amount of pressure and believes regardless of what is being treated, massage should be enjoyable and not painful. She offers TMJ, craniosacral and prenatal massage treatments. She is passionate about massage, is constantly learning, and works with her clients to create a space where everyone feels safe, listened to, and that their lived experience is believed.
