Ashley is a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to delivering treatments that are both therapeutic and deeply restorative. She is committed to understanding each client’s unique needs and tailoring every session to support pain relief, improved mobility, and overall well-being.
A graduate of Humber Polytechnic Massage Therapy Program, Ashley has developed a strong clinical foundation that supports her thoughtful, evidence-based approach to treatment. Her treatment style incorporates Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger-point release, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations. Ashley also has experience supporting prenatal clients and commonly works with conditions such as tension headaches, stress-related muscular pain, and postural dysfunction.
Clients appreciate her warm, calming presence, and natural intuition for identifying areas of tension and adjusting pressure accordingly. Ashley values clear communication, client comfort, and developing treatment plans that promote long-term wellness.

Expect to leave with oil in your hair that can be easily washed out. You will be positioned on your back for the entire treatment so this is not comfortable or appropriate for very pregnant ladies.

Some benefits from a TMJ treatment include: less jaw pain; increased range of motion; diminished clicking/locking; less painful clicking/locking; decreased pain after dental work; decrease headaches associated with muscle tension related to the jaw and decrease neck pain.
