Her journey pursuing a healthy lifestyle began many years ago when she found her love for running and fitness. She strives to promote wellness to her patients in her practice, and in her day to day life with her daughter. In addition to traditional massage therapy techniques, she uses many modalities to assist you in your healing such as stretching, cupping, IASTM, and red light therapy. She cannot wait to share her passion for health and wellness with you on and off the table.

This is best for clients who have a particular body part they would like treated with cupping therapy. Cups are applied both statically and dynamically for 15-20 minutes depending on your condition. Please arrive with the area you would like cupped exposed to optimize treatment time (eg, in a tank top, shorts etc) .
