I'm so very happy to open up my doors to you :)
I hold an advanced diploma in massage therapy and strive to provide
treatments geared towards improving the overall well being of my clients. Whether its stress relief or
figuring out a specific cause of pain or dysfunction, I use a collaborative approach to address the
individual health concerns presented by you. I especially believe in the power of breath and
how it helps regulate our daily stressors and posture. Additionally, my tool box includes stretches on the table, using hand held massage tools such as Rockblade, Dry brush, Cupping, Thera gun and essential oils
in my treatments.
I love what I do, I love people! I feel lucky to have been of service to clients from all walks of life and my experience as an RMT includes working with pre- and post-natal clients and persons looking for wellness check-ins and maintenance. I have worked with letter-carriers, First responders, teachers, nurses, athletes, construction workers, post top surgery clients, and children. Each treatment is different and set against your goals. Whether you're dealing with a lingering injury, mental burnout, postural imbalance, or just hoping to keep your body feeling relaxed and functioning - I'm here to help.

For clients who prefer more than an hour, but less than a 90 minute treatment.
This treatment includes attention to the scalp and face, starting with a warm up to the neck and shoulders. Warm oil is used to enhance the relaxation process and essential oils maybe added as per your needs.
This treatment is devoted to stimulation and relaxation of shoulders, neck and scalp area as to relieve tension and increase blood circulation. Warm oil is used to enhance the relaxation process and essential oils may be used as per your needs.
First time visit includes: Going over health history form, addressing concerns and goals, and mapping out a plan for treatments. Physical assessments will be done as needed along with treatment time on the table.
Initial assessment allows for time where therapist can meet the child/youth with the parent to discuss treatment plan and time for an initial treatment.
Select this option for jaw relief. Your therapist will work the neck muscles to start, and then on the jaw itself. Jaw work is done externally on the face as well as internally, depending on the work needed. Your therapist wears gloves for any intra oral work.
