Sawasdee ka (hello)! My name is Atitiya, I am the owner of Royal Orchid Massage & Wellness. I was born and raised in Thailand where massage is an integral part of Thai people’s well-being and a way of showing affection in a Thai family. I believe that this background gives me a unique perspective and advantage that I can share with my clients.
I graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy (ACMT) in 2021, achieving Honors with Distinction, and have been enjoying this rewarding profession ever since! I later expanded my horizons of learning by taking Manual Osteopathic Therapy program, graduating from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada (MOCC) in 2024.
As part of the Manual Osteopathy modality, I have taken my first and second levels of CranioSacral Therapy as well as my first level of SomatoEmotional Release through the Upledger Institute. I also completed my first level of Visceral Manipulation and Neural Manipulation through the Barral Institute and look forward to furthering my education in those areas!
I became a Massage Therapist because I am passionate about helping people restore, maintain and enhance their mental and physical health through the remedy of massage. I have always wanted a career where I could make a difference in people’s lives and help others feel better. Massage Therapy gives me the opportunity to do that, and with the combination of Manual Osteopathic Therapy, I hope to be able to aid my clients even further.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, Duke! I love cooking, baking, gardening and travelling. My favorite things to do are attending church on Sundays with my family and sharing a day of rest together.
