Audra Perras is a Registered Massage Therapist who helps active individuals, athletes, and those seeking to build confidence in their movement and recovery, with the goal of returning to sport, training, and daily life. With a strong foundation in movement mechanics, Audra’s therapeutic approach is well suited for individuals experiencing postural dysfunction, recurring injuries, chronic pain, training-related aches, or movement limitations.
Audra focuses on understanding why symptoms are showing up and works collaboratively with clients to develop clear, actionable plans that aim to address the root cause.
Each session includes a thorough assessment, targeted hands-on treatment, and movement-based strategies to support recovery both in and out of the treatment room. Her treatment style integrates myofascial therapy, neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue massage, and movement-based approaches to address how tissues work together throughout the body. Clients can expect an education-focused, collaborative experience—leaving with a better understanding of their body and practical exercises they can use between visits to help maintain progress and reduce the risk of setbacks.
Audra holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from Queen’s University and an Honours Diploma in Massage Therapy. She is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure her care remains evidence-informed, intentional, and results-driven.

At least 30 minutes of this session will be dedicated specifically to TMJ massage, which is a specialized treatment designed to address the muscles of the face and jaw from both inside and outside the mouth.

This required 90-minute initial assessment is the first step before beginning your Dr. Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage treatment plan. During this comprehensive assessment, we will review your health history, concerns, goals, and determine the most appropriate approach for your care. A detailed evaluation will be completed, including necessary measurements, observations, and baseline documentation to help track progress throughout your treatment. Your therapist will also explain the treatment process, answer any questions, and create an individualized plan based on your specific needs. Please note: The initial assessment is required for all new Dr. Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage clients before booking follow-up treatment sessions.
