Austin graduated on the Dean's List from Dalhousie University in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Kinesiology) and a certificate in Disability Case Management. Currently, Austin is expanding his practice by attending graduate school at the Canadian School of Osteopathy where he is entering his fourth year of study.
In his practice, he aims to help individuals heal through movement and exercise while striving to help each individual feel great about themselves. Austin specializes in Strength and Conditioning for athletes while creating unique exercise plans tailored for each individual to maximize sports and rehabilitation results.
In his spare time, Austin enjoys volleyball, photography, music, cars, and going to the gym. He looks forward to helping meet your fitness and mobility goals, and most importantly, to help you feel great!

Working intimately with our Physiotherapists, our kinesiologists will work with you to develop a custom tailored plan to achieve the goals you've identified together. During this assessment, your kinesiologist will take a history of your health, perform physical tests to get a baseline of how you're moving, and build an exercise plan unique to your needs and goals.
