Austin uses his knowledge of anatomy and palpation skills to meet the goals of his clients according to their specific needs. By combining manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and osteopathic techniques Austin is able to effectively treat conditions and create individualized treatment plans related to but not limited to: chronic pain, headaches, muscle tension, sports injury, and prehab/rehab related cases, neurological conditions, tendonitis, muscle imbalance, and fascial dysfunctions. He has also had the pleasure of working with pro and semi-pro athletes. Austin takes an interest in yoga, weight lifting, boxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He looks forward to working with clients to create a healthier environment that tailors their goals. Austin is also an experienced massage educator and taught courses to new and graduating RMTs in business skills, ethics/ professionalism, soft tissue techniques, and massage therapy principles.
Austin's treatment style is dynamic and sports/movement-based so we ask that you bring accessible clothing e.i. Shorts and a T-shirt/sports bra/tank top to your appointment.
