Avery is a Pilates instructor at the Studio. She graduated with a Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary and she has completed her certification in beginner, intermediate and advanced clinical Pilates. Avery is currently working towards her full comprehensive classical Pilates certification.
She is passionate about helping others feel their best and empowering them through movement. Growing up, Avery was a competitive dancer and competed in multiple styles for over 15 years. She is interested in using Pilates to aid in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
