With a background in Child & Youth Work and Yoga Instruction, Avery brings a calm, compassionate, and whole-body approach to treatment. Her experience working closely with individuals through different stages of life has deepened her understanding of the nervous system and the connection between physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Avery believes no two patients are the same, which is why she takes the time to ask questions, listen closely, and tailor each treatment to the individual in front of her.
