Born and raised in Surrey, BC, Dr. Avi is a passionate chiropractor committed to helping people move, feel, and live at their best. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing day-to-day aches, or working toward peak performance, his goal is to help you regain confidence in your body.
As a former competitive basketball player, Dr. Avi knows firsthand what it’s like to push through pain and hit plateaus. After traditional treatments failed to get him back on the court, chiropractic care changed the game, helping him return stronger both mentally and physically. That experience sparked his journey into chiropractic, and today he uses that same understanding and compassion to guide his patients toward long-lasting results.
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Avi completed his Bachelor’s in Sport Science at Douglas College in New Westminster, BC, inspired by his love for movement and athletics. He then took an unexpected turn, spending time in the automotive world diagnosing and repairing vehicles. While the tools were different, the problem-solving mindset stayed the same. Ultimately, he knew his skills were meant to help people, not engines. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, and now blends biomechanics, rehab, and clinical experience to help patients get back to doing what they love.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Dr. Avi staying active in the gym, shooting hoops, or fueling his passion for cars and motorsport. His easygoing personality, educational approach, and hands-on care make him the perfect teammate for anyone looking to take their health to the next level.
