Ayesha is a Physiotherapist from the University of Toronto. During her master's degree, she had the opportunity to do her placements at multiple clinics and hospital sites across the GTA and gain invaluable experience treating a wide variety of patients!
Ayesha caters to her patients using a client-centered approach and encourages them to take charge of their own care by equipping them with the right tools such as education and pain management strategies, while also combining manual therapy and exercise prescription.
