Badra is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and has over 20 years of clinical experience including but not limited to sports physiotherapy, and long-term care. She has also had the opportunity to work in the hospital setting, allowing her to treat numerous orthopedic and post-surgical patients. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities.
Her philosophy is to empower people to stay independent and healthy. She provides individualized one-on-one treatments and develops exercise progress towards the level and goals of the patients.
Her treatment viewpoint varies, from using exercise programs, manual therapy, followed by muscle retraining, and motor control strategies to correct movement dysfunction.
Badra enjoys a balanced lifestyle where she works for the pleasure of it, and not because she has to. She is excited to be a part of the Ultimate Health team.
