A quick session that doesn't involve needling but it is Acupressure based. You will go home with Acupressure "stickers" that continue treating you for the next couple of days.

This is a 45 Follow-Up Acupuncture session, for ongoing treatments after your Initial Assessment. Best for those coming weekly or bi-weekly. If you re booking less often than once every 2 weeks please book the Regular length treatment ( 60 min)

This is a full length Acupuncture session, 60 min. Best for those with complex issues that require more than Acupuncture ( for example Cupping, Gua Sha) as well as perhaps two positions ( Supine, Prone). If you are coming in for Acupuncture less than bi-weekly please also book this session.

This treatment includes the standard Facial Rejuvenation PLUS Facial GuaSha and a premoim organic and natural mask application at the end of your treatment

This treatment for on-going treatment plan after your Initial Assessment session. Includes a full session , extra modalities such as facial massage, cupping, Gua Sha ( sculpting) and natural skin product treatments such as mask. Covers skin concerns, face muscle tension, and rejuvenation.

This online appointment is mandatory before you come in person for Acupuncture visits. Your initial Acupuncture therapy session includes a thorough assessment to determine the treatment plan to address your health complaint and an initial treatment. The appointment length is about 45 min long and includes self care recommendations, and an herbal assessment if needed.

If you have been out of touch for more than 3 months, pls book this session. A full assènent and analysis of your case is needed to be able to prescribe herbal medicines again for you to ensure bight standard and efficacy.

This is an online visit that incorporates a treatment via video. Acupressure, movement. Qigong healing energy, remote energy based acupuncture, nutrition and other healing modalities may be incorporated. Pls note this is only a follow-up visit.
